Promise a delivery date you can actually keep

Shoppers want to know when the order will arrive. Your warehouse needs to promise only what it can fulfill. Emmo Order Delivery Date & Time Slots turns that into a real schedule — a Get it by estimate on the product page, minicart, and cart, then a date, time slot, and optional comment at checkout.

Get it by estimate Checkout date + slot Holidays & cutoffs Quotas & slot fees Order grid + email

What customers see

They pick from dates you can fulfill. No more free-text delivery notes that operations cannot filter.

  • Get it by on the product page, cart, and minicart — the earliest bookable date from your rules
  • Checkout picker for date, time slot, and comment (Shipping, Payment, or order summary sidebar)
  • Nearest date and slot preselected so checkout stays fast
  • Account order view shows the same delivery details they chose
  • Order confirmation email can include a Delivery Details block

What your team controls

One calendar. Rules that match how you actually pack and ship.

  • Working days — for example Monday–Friday only
  • Min / max days ahead — how soon and how far customers can book
  • Processing lead days — preparation time before the first bookable date
  • Daily cutoff — after cutoff, the earliest date moves forward
  • Same-day / next-day with dedicated cutoffs when you enable them
  • Holidays — blackout ranges, optional yearly recurrence, global or per schedule
  • Day quota and slot quota — cap how many orders a date or window can take
  • Slot fee — charge extra for evening or weekend windows; added to Magento cart totals

Schedules

Calendars that match how you ship

Create one or more calendars under Sales → Order Delivery Date → Schedules. Bind each schedule by store view, customer group, and Magento shipping method so Express, Standard, and Pickup can follow different rules. A default Monday–Friday schedule with sample slots is created on install.

1 Schedules Working days, lead time, cutoffs, and quotas — one calendar per way you fulfill.
2 Time slots Morning / Afternoon / Evening, or your own labels, with start/end time, fee, and quota.
3 Holidays Blackout ranges that can recur every year, globally or on a single schedule.

Operations

The date shows up where your team already works

Turn on Show in Order Grid to add Delivery Date and Delivery Slot columns to Sales → Orders. Open any order to review date, slot, and comment. Add this variable to New Order emails for a Delivery Details block:

{{depend emmoOrderDeliveryDateHtml}}
    {{var emmoOrderDeliveryDateHtml|raw}}
{{/depend}}
